Retail Opportunities
Harrisburg Town Center is designed to allow maximum flexibility for locations
of different uses. While the Main Street district retail shoppes
maintain the character of small towns, more traditional service retail
with the least restrictions is permitted along Highway 49.
This disctrict is designed to serve the needs of Harrisburg and surrounding
areas by including retail (single building not to exceed 60,000
sf footprint), hotels, banks, corner drugstores, etc. There are no
minimum height
restrictions, but the building architecture will have to conform
to the design
guidelines of the community in terms of massing, proportions and
building materials, while allowing and recognizing individual credit
tenants normal franchise architecture. Typical corporate logos and
branding of signage will be allowed.
