It collects and organizes just about every pertinent bit of information concerning a network’s hardware and software, performance trends, events and errors. The system notifies us of significant items, such as when a server’s antivirus software succeeds or fails to update, if a machine on the network goes down, or if a vital service stops. We offer three levels of gFACTOR service: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze level delivers the application plus several standard reports. The Silver level adds a range of remote services, and the Gold level provides a more comprehensive managed service. We also offer a range of “a la carte ” services and high-level technology consulting. We are also
partnered with Dell, SonicWALL, HP, Websense, Ingram Micro, CDW,
